SJC DESIGNS

SJC Designs is a fun, colourful brand with a modern twist. It introduces an array of lifestyle products, handmade with an aesthetic sensibility and undying quirkiness.It was founded by Shweta Jain Chopra in 2010. 

Shweta's work celebrates the imperfections of handmade design, exploring the depths of fine craftsmanship. Her love for the orient shows in her detailing, and choice of colours.

Shweta trained at India's premier design school, National Institute of Design. After winning the mentorship program with Karim Rashid Inc. New York, NY, for a period of 8 months, she went on to get hands on experience in the field of product design for a period of 5 years. 

After which, she settled down in Seoul, South Korea which was the start of her journey with SJC Designs. Experiences of living in India and South Korea continue to drive her and provide her with a wealth of inspiration.
